Terms & refunds

Video lessons

Lessons are digital content delivered by email as download links right after payment. By buying, you agree that delivery starts immediately, so the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once the links are sent. If a link does not work, write to me and I will fix it.

Lessons are for your personal use only. Please do not share or resell the links or the videos.

Original paintings

Each painting is unique. It is shipped flat and insured. You can return it within 14 days of delivery, in its original condition; the refund is made when the painting is back.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in euros.
